Staying focused as a goalkeeper takes discipline. We train our bodies, but we also need to train our minds. These training sessions will focus on this discipline and how we can keep our minds sharp while in goal. Individual Session: $60/session

Individual 4 Session Package: $205

Group Rate (3-5 gks/session): $50/gk

Just because we're at home, doesn't mean you can't put the pads on! For these sessions, we will go through skills (revisiting fundamental and advanced skills) that all goalkeepers need to be proficient in goal.

Understanding the game is a huge piece in being successful between the posts. Having the ability to read the game while organizing your defenders AND yourself is key for setting yourself up for success.

Each session we will cover the mental, technical and tactical side of the game. We will combine all important goalkeeping elements into a single session.

Goalkeepers have a special position, they should have specialized fitness. In these sessions we will discuss and go through goalkeeping specific fitness plans.
